Ownership:
To take ownership of a file before giving permissions, do the following.
Right Click -> Properties -> Security -> Advanced -> Owner -> Edit -> "Administrators" -> Apply -> Exit.
Permissions:
To take permission of a file after giving ownership, do the following.
Right Click -> Properties -> Security -> Edit -> "Administrators" -> Check All -> Apply -> Exit.Labels: me, tip
